What should I do if the QR code doesn’t scan?
The camera on your mobile device may not be able to read the QR code on the FreshAir1 due to poor lighting or low camera resolution. Try these fixes:
- Move your mobile device closer to or farther from your FreshAir1 to ensure the QR code fills the box on the screen.
- Increase the lighting level in the room so that the QR code has greater contrast between light and dark.
- Install your FreshAir1 with another mobile device with a higher-resolution camera
